DELIVERY

Every item of jewellery is handmade so, unless an item is in stock and ready to ship, the estimated delivery times can vary.

All dispatch and delivery times below are estimates. We cannot be held responsible for any delays outside of these approximate timings. For full details of lost and delayed items please visit our Terms and Conditions page.

United Kingdom Delivery

Delivery within the UK is always FREE and all orders are shipped by Royal Mail First Class Signed For. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.

Orders placed on a Friday will be processed as early as possible the following Monday.

International Delivery

International shipping is charged at a flat rate — Europe: £9.00 and Rest of World: £13.00 — via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. These rates are charged per order regardless of the number of items. Customers are responsible for any additional fees, taxes or customs charges when ordering from overseas.

Shipping and delivery times will vary depending on the destination country. Unless items are in stock, please allow approximately 5–7 working days for us to process and dispatch your order. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched along with an estimated timeframe for delivery.

Shipping and delivery times will vary depending on the destination country. Unless items are in stock, please allow approximately 10–14 working days for us to process and dispatch your order.
